Where is my order number?
Your order number is in the email confirmation received at the time of purchase with the order summary and shipping address.
How can I change or cancel my order?
We process your order as soon as you make a purchase. We cannot process any changes even if it is not yet been shipped.
You may return any item to us once you receive your order. Returned items have to be in line with our Return Policy.
Why was my order cancelled?
We apologize for this inconvenience. Orders are rarely cancelled. The most common reason is that we ran out of stock before processing your order, especially during peak sale periods.
What should I do if I did not receive my order confirmation email?
Please contact us via chat and specify order details, date, and items ordered.
Where can I reach you if my item/s is/are defective?
Please contact us via Chat within 2 days from the day you received your order.
Specify the defects and attach a picture of the item. Note that the item should follow our general guidelines in the returns and refund policy
What are the payment options available?
We accept Visa and Mastercard card payments, as well as GCash, Maya, and GrabPay. We also accept Cash On Delivery.

Does Anta.PH deliver to out-of-serviceable areas and restricted zones?
We are able to deliver to most areas in the Philippines. However, there may still be few out-of-serviceable areas and restricted zones such as camps, ports, and airports. Please contact us via Chat and let our customer service team verify your address.
How can I reschedule if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our courier delivery service will call you to check if you would like your parcel to be left at a secure location of your choice, or you will receive an email/SMS to reschedule the delivery.
Do you deliver outside the Philippines?
We only ship within the Philippines.
When will you receive my returned package?
After you hand over your returned package to our third-party logistics, it can take 2-7 business days for the package to reach our warehouse.
Why do I have to wait for Brand to receive my returned product(s) before I get a refund?
Before we can start processing your refund, we need to make sure that your returned products meet our return's condition.
As long as your product(s) meet the criteria, we can reimburse your purchase price. If your returned product(s) don't meet the criteria above, we cannot accept the items and unfortunately won't be able to give you a refund.
