What is Anta.PH Return Policy?

Orders placed at Anta.PH may be returned within 7 days of receiving the item if there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. For this reason, a customer may return the product, and we will fully refund the cost of the item and return delivery fees. The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted: 

  • The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition
  • The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached and accessories
  • Footwear must be in the original packaging with original tags attached
  • Value of items will be based on the actual amount paid for during the sale
  • Orders placed at official Anta Lazada and Shopee stores or other online shopping sites must be returned through the website of original purchase


If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will not be accepted. We do not refund products:

  • Obtained from a source other than Anta.PH
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose


If the return reason is due to a change of mind, we will fully refund the cost of the item but not the return delivery fee. This includes, but is not limited to, wrong size ordered. 

A customer may also return items for other reasons with Anta’s approval. We reserve the right not to agree to the return. 

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. All refunds will be processed once our warehouse has confirmed the item is in good condition.

How do I return an Anta.com order?
  • Customers must contact Anta.PH Customer Service via Chat or via Email.
  • Customers must provide (a) Order Number, (b) Reason for Return and/or Exchange, and (c) Supporting Images - ex. Product Images, Delivery Confirmation, etc
  • Anta’s Customer Service will confirm if the request is valid for Return
  • Upon receiving confirmation, Customers may return the item via Third Party Logistics - LBC (shipping cost will be shouldered by the customer but to be refunded along with the purchase amount)
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, inform Anta's Customer Service of your bank or GCash details to help in processing your refund.

How do I return purchases from the Anta stores?

Purchases made at an Anta physical retail store must be returned to the store. Our store returns policies may differ from our online returns policies. You may contact the store ahead of time to know more about their policies.


How do I return purchases from the Official Anta Lazada or Shopee store?

Purchases made at other official Anta online stores must be returned through the channel from which they were originally purchased. Returns policies of other online stores may differ from Anta.PH returns policies. You may reach out to the customer service of the specific platforms to know more about their policies.
